Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The purpose of the network is to facilitate the exchange of relevant legal jurisprudence among European migration services. This is achieved through the maintaining of a list of contact points by the GDISC Secretariat. Requests and information are shared within the network by the Secretariat.
The Legal Contact Points held their first meeting in Stockholm on 30 October 2012.
At the meeting of the Steering Group in Rome in November 2012, the Steering Group decided that the LCP pilot project should be expanded to all interested GDISC Member States.
