Project Partners

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Other GDISC Member States are welcome to join.


The purpose of the network is to facilitate the exchange of relevant legal jurisprudence among European migration services. This is achieved through the maintaining of a list of contact points by the GDISC Secretariat. Requests and information are shared within the network by the Secretariat.


The Legal Contact Points held their first meeting in Stockholm on 30 October 2012.

The Steering Group decided at their meeting in Rome in November 2012 to expand the LCP pilot project to all interested GDISC Member States.
